Our client, a leading law firm in London, is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join their team. Reporting to the Head of HR and HR Director, the role is responsible for 2 high profile practice areas comprising c. 135 employees including Partners and Lawyers. As a true Business Partner to the team, you will be implementing HR policies, advising and influencing the Partners on all HR related matters, managing and leading on Employee Relations cases such as disciplinaries, grievancies and performance management issues, Salary reviews, appraisals, keeping abreast of market developments in HR and suggesting new initiatives, managing resourcing, liaising closely with Learning & Development and other Heads of Department, ensuring policies and procedures are followed, providing guidance to the HR Adviser and HR Assistant, leading on and participating in various ad hoc HR projects and generally ensuring the first class provision of all HR matters.
Previous experience at HR Manager level is required from within a law firm. We are only able to consider applicants with law firm HR Manager experience. Salary is £60k-£70k, potentially to £75k, plus excellent benefits package. Friendly, supportive team environment, modern offices and great location.
