We are working with a client in the financial services sector which is seeking to hire a qualified Debt Recovery/Insolvency Solicitor for its Surrey based team, in a newly created role.
Reporting into the head of the team, the successful Debt Recovery/Insolvency Solicitor will enjoy a diverse and busy workload, handling preliminary debt recovery/insolvency matters, and working independently on their own caseload. Candidates will draft witness statements and sign-off on critical issues; and will work collaboratively with outside counsel, and key business stakeholders to resolve matters effectively.
You will be a fully qualified debt recovery/insolvency solicitor, with experience of FCA rules, eager to move to a busy in-house role. You will have confidence in managing and prioritising your own workload, and be capable of communicating effectively at all levels, both internally and externally.
