OUR CLIENT
Global law firm seeks to recruit a finance solicitor 3 - 5 PQE to handle leasing/rail finance work.
THE ROLE
As a member of this well established department, the work will cover general leasing and rail finance work including rolling stock and rail infrastructure in addition to more general asset lending work.
This team has a recently worked on a number of significant high profile transactions. There will also be an opportunity to handle more general finance / funds related work.
The post holder will be given an opportunity to work on business development and will be expected to be directly involved in running transactions.
THE CANDIDATE
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, offering realistic long term career prospects applicants must have relevant leasing/finance experience preferably with a rail finance background
