The firm's international employment group is a recognised leader in the global marketplace, recognised as one of the few firms which can offer a truly integrated employment practice.

THE ROLE

Based in Bristol, the role is for an associate with excellent experience of employment law to join this market leading employment practice.

A variety of contentious and non-contentious work is on offer, with the opportunity to work for all of the partners in the group as well as with the employment groups across the firm's international offices.

An entrepreneurial spirit and the willingness to take on significant responsibility is essential.

Due to continued growth and success, this is a newly created role which will further develop and support the existing team.

The firm's Bristol employment lawyers are fully integrated into the London team, with full systems access, London switchboard numbers, video-conference participation in all team meetings, frequent partner visits and supervision on all their work by London partners.

ABOUT YOU

Excellent academics.

A minimum of 2PQE which will have been gained at another leading City or regional practice.

Strong client focus with an ability and willingness to get actively involved in marketing and business development.

Commercially driven.

Able to work effectively as part of a diverse and inclusive team.

Flexibility and a willingness to work additional hours on occasion as required.
