The firm strive to be considered as a trusted legal partner to their clients and ensure they fully understand their circumstances to enable them to provide customised advice.

This firm are looking to recruit a Conveyancing Paralegal to join their highly regarded Residential Property team in Mayfair, London.

The residential property team deal with all aspects of residential conveyancing. You will be providing support and assisting the residential team on site acquisitions and the refinancing of development sites. You will assist with transactions from initial instruction to post completion, as well as all aspects of post completion matters including registration and SDLT applications.

• You will have a minimum of 12 months' experience in residential conveyancing
• Ideally have completed the LPC but this is not essential
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent IT skills and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
• You will be self-motivated, enthusiastic and reliable
• You will have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships
• You will be able to prioritise your workload efficiently
• You will be a personable and sociable character with a confident manner
• Salary is negotiable depending on experience
