This is an excellent opportunity for someone with good Court of Protection technical expertise, client relationship skills and an interest in business development to join. This firm are seeking to recruit an experienced Court of Protection Lawyer to join their team as an Associate/Senior Associate in Tunbridge Wells.

The Private Client department is highly regarded and Chambers-rated enjoying a strong profile throughout the region and beyond. Although you will work within the Private Client department, you will work exclusively with Court of Protection matters. The Court of Protection team is recognised for its specialist experience involving people who lack mental capacity to make decisions for themselves. The department deals with a wide client base including severely disabled clients and those with learning difficulties, mental health problems or due to the result of sustaining an acquired brain injury following an accident or medical negligence. The team also manages the affairs of many elderly clients who are suffering from dementia.

• You will have solid Court of Protection experience with at least 4 years PQE
• You should have good technical knowledge and be an organised individual
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients
