A new vacancy has arisen for a Legal Secretary to join the Trusts and Estates Disputes team to join the firms Putney, South West London office.

The Trusts and Estates Disputes team is highly regarded and has a strong reputation not just across London but also Nationally. This department sits within the Litigation group with several Lawyers ranked as leaders in the field, in the legal 500. You will assist with a very high quality of work; this will be a hands-on Legal Secretary role. You will deal with; Searches with the land registry, Record keeping, Court documentation, Liaising with counsel, Disclosure, Probate registry and file opening and closing.

• You will be a Legal Secretary with at least two years' experience of working in a Litigation department
• If you have experience of dealing with Contentious Trust and Estates, this will be to advantage
• You should have a typing speed of at least 50 WPM
• You should and have first-class organisation skills
• This role comes with good prospects for progression
• Salary is very competitive but dependent on your background, up to £32k
