Plexus Law Overview
We are looking for a qualified Solicitor to lead and manage the performance of a team of Motor Injury Claims Handlers and Legally Experienced staff to deliver a customer focused and cost efficient claims handling service. This position requires an experienced and competent manager who can deal with all staff issues including performance management, absence, appraisals and development. You will motivate your team to achieve stretch targets and be on hand with technical knowledge when it is required. You will be working for Plexus Law in the client offices and will work closely with the client.
12 months FTC with potential to become permanent.
