Our client is a leading law firm who are currently seeking to appoint a corporate lawyer to join their office in Austria. The firm are known for being one of the most reputable law firms in Austria, dealing with a broad range of legal solutions. They are also known for their prestigious awards wide sector of legal teams, who have been recognised as a top spot individual from law firm ranking websites.
Our client is seeking a corporate lawyer with 3+ PQE. You will have experience in both public and private M&A, joint ventures, capital markets and private equity. You will be dealing with sophisticated and practical advice on structuring, negotiating and documenting complex and innovative local and cross-border transactions with both national and international clients. Excellent academics and previous experience in a leading law firm are a bonus.
