The firm is seeking to hire a Property Litigation Senior Associate / Partner into their City of London office.
You will join a highly experienced team; you will find a broad caseload, making for a much more interesting role. The firm are busy and looking to grow at the senior end. You will deal with a caseload of; Professional negligence, Dilapidation claims, Contract disputes, Arbitration, Mediation, Landlord and tenant disputes, Break notices, Termination of leases and Possession.
This role comes with excellent prospects for progression, including Partnership.
- You will be a Property Litigation Senior Associate / Partner with at least six years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding experience)
- You will have strong technical knowledge
- A good billings history is essential
- A meticulous eye for detail is essential
