Commercial/ IT lawyers 1 – 3 & 4+ years’ PQE LONDON

Commercial private practice law firm in London is seeking to recruit a couple of Commercial/ IT lawyers - one of between 1 and 3 years’ PQE and the other of 4 or more years PQE. This Technology and Outsourcing Group is ranked in the directories for the work it does in this area of law. Clients include some of the world's biggest organisations, Central Government and some of Europe's most exciting growth companies providing class-leading expertise in technology, outsourcing and privacy law. The current client base is wide ranging and includes household names such as Accenture, Google, Pearson and the BBC. The firm is keen to empower its lawyers and so you will be given appropriate levels of autonomy and responsibility over your work at the earliest possible opportunity. They are also able to offer flexible working arrangements.       

The work will be varied and include the following: • IT contracts (outsourcing agreements •  IT procurement • managed services • software & systems development • systems integration • software licensing • Framework Agreements  •  Advising on complex technology schedules • High degree of direct client contact on a day-to-day basis • Full participation in marketing and practice development initiatives

Our client will consider either Commercial/IT specialists or general Commercial lawyers with some experience of IT-related matters and who are keen to specialise in commercial/IT law.
