German language - In-house Counsel - Berkshire
A multinational software and professional services company is seeking a Legal Counsel to join their legal team for a 3 month contract with potential to extend. This role, reporting directly into the Vice President of Legal Services needs someone for an immediate start.
You must have German language skills as well as experience within German Law.
My client is looking for a confident person that is able to work as part of a busy, fast paced team with minimal supervision.
You will be responsible for reviewing a range of contracts, specifically software agreements and assisting the team on a daily basis.
The successful candidate will be a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE*. You will have come from an in-house background and have experience working with commercial contracts
*The PQE level is for guidance only, all those with the requisite skills will be considered for the position.
