The team operates in a wide variety of fields including acquisition finance, restructuring and insolvency, hedge funds and derivatives, structured finance, mezzanine finance, and real estate finance with clients nationally and internationally and are known for their experience in the financial sector on legal 500 and other firm ranking websites.
The team are seeking a banking and finance lawyer with 2 years experience in the banking sector. You will require experience in acquisition and leveraged finance, asset backed lending, corporate banking, Emerging markets finance, financial services regulation, Payments, Project finance, Real estate finance, Trade & supply chain finance. Clients include; banks, alternative lenders, mezzanine lenders, and corporate borrowers. You must also have experience working in a reputable law firm in Czech Republic.
