US Capital Markets Associate | NY Salary + COLA
My client is currently looking for a 1-6 PQE US qualified Capital markets Associate to join its leading team in London.
The firm are one of the most profitable law firms in the world and also has one of the strongest Capital Markets teams in the market.
To be eligible for this US Capital Markets position you must have a strong academic record and you must also be admitted to practice in the US.
The role will comprise of managing all significant aspects of US Capital Markets transactions, representing both issuers and underwriters in a wide range of transactions. These would include high yield offerings, investment grade offerings, follow-on equity offerings, securities offerings and restructurings.
