Non-contentious Construction Solicitor

Our client, a niche Legal 500 firm in Central London is seeking a non-contentious construction solicitor for 6-12 months to cover a fee-earner's maternity leave.

You will join the firm's highly regarded construction team that acts for institutions, main contractors, house builder, large scale developers, employers, funders and private clients in relation to construction, engineering, infrastructure projects as well as providing a service for the real estate and banking finance teams.

The successful individual is likely to have upwards of 4+ PQE with a relevant construction background. Knowledge and experience of drafting and amending JCT construction contracts and other construction industry standard contracts; drafting bespoke professional appointments, collateral warranties, bonds and parent company guarantees; and knowledge and experience of the Housing Grounds Construction Regeneration Act 1996 is essential.

This excellent opportunity is due to start at the beginning of July.

The firm is open to individuals seeking a full-time or a part-time opportunity (4 days a week), and there may be the possibility of working from home one day a week. The firm does not have a long hours culture, and you will join a friendly and collaborative team.
