Residential Property Locum – Northamptonshire – June Start – 1 Month
A very attractive locum opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Lawyer to join a rapidly expanding law firm based in Northamptonshire. Our client is looking to recruit for this vacancy imminently and will need a Locum for the duration of 1 month.
You will be responsible for handling a varied caseload of residential property sale and purchase from instruction to completion and advising clients on re-mortgage matters and first time purchases. You will also be dealing with freehold and leasehold property, right to buy and shared ownership in values of up to £1 million.
You will be organised and motivated to work independently as well as part of the team, to make a positive contribution to the department. There will be a Legal Assistant to help with contracts, enquiries and search results.
The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor, CILEX or Conveyancer with previous residential property experience. You must be IT proficient and have good typing skills.
Rate is negotiable, based on experience / PQE.
