Our client is seeking a commercial / IT lawyer for its London office.
Reporting into the HQ in the States and working with other senior counsel there and in London, you will work on a variety of commercial / IT / IP matters as they arise for the EMEA region.
You will ideally have experience across a wide range of IT and commercial contracts and exposure to IP and data privacy issues as well, at a top law firm or reputable organisation. If you have experience working for a financial services/FinTech organisation, this would be advantageous.
Candidates will have the confidence and experience to draft and negotiate contracts with limited supervision but be able to work well within a wider and global legal team.
