Regulatory Lawyer, London and Luxembourg, 2+

This leading international private equity house is looking for a financial services regulatory lawyer to join their regulatory team.

In this role you will provide transactional support as well as advise on regulatory changes at strategic level. You will be based in London and be happy to travel to the Luxembourg office 2-3 days per week.

You will have trained and qualified at a top City firm, have gained a minimum of 2 years PQE advising on corporate transactions, either within private practice and/or a wholesale financial services firm. We will consider Luxembourg lawyers looking to establish their career in London who are prepared to work between the two offices.

This hands-on role would suit a commercially minded lawyer currently working in the FS regulatory team of a law firm looking for their first in-house role.
