Our client, a legal 500 law firm, is keen to secure a Residential Conveyancer to join its branch office which is based within easy commuting distance from the Dudley area.
In this Residential Conveyancer role, you will have the responsibility for your own caseload, and as such you need to have at least two years’ conveyancing experience.
The firm is keen to grow the property team by recruiting a Residential Conveyancer to deal with a varied caseload of matters to include Sales, Purchases, Remortgages, transfers of equity, and right to buys. You will ideally have experience dealing with Registered, Unregistered, Freehold and Leasehold properties.
Experience of managing your own residential property caseload and full understanding of the residential conveyancing process is an absolute essential, though training and support will be provided.
This opportunity would best suit an ambitious Residential Conveyancer who wishes to progress with a leading local law firm.
