Immigration Adviser/Caseworker

Sue Ross Legal are seeking applications from Immigration Advisers/Caseworkers who have extensive experience providing legal advice to clients on issues including sponsor licence applications, civil penalty defence work, applications for leave to enter or remain, Tier 1, Tier 2, EEA cases, naturalisation, judicial reviews etc. You will be working for a leading national firm of Solicitors based in modern, innovative offices close to excellent transport links.

Your duties will include;

- Providing immigration law advice and assistance to clients
- Creating and issuing invoices
- Conducting business development duties
- Supervising junior employees

For this role you should have previously worked in a similar legal role, have excellent IT, communication and client care skills.
