PI Stage II Executive/Paralegal

Sue Ross Legal are currently recruiting on behalf of the Sheffield office of a well known  regional law firm.

Our client is looking to recruit a team of Stage II Personal Injury Paralegals to progress cases passed over from the ‘Acquire Evidence Stage’ through to the end of Stage II.

Your duties will include;

• Assessing cases ensuring all quantum evidence is complete
• Reviewing medical evidence
• Drafting schedules of loss
• Assessing quantum including advising clients on settlement figures
• Submitting interim and final settlement packs
• Negotiating the settlement of costs and damages
• Passing cases through to Stage III

Our client is looking for candidates who have experience of quantum (claim assessment) and case handling.  You will be handling approximately 250 files, and will need previous experience of dealing with claims at stage 2 of the process – submitted the stage 2 settlement pack and valuing injuries.
