My client is a major energy company who are looking to hire a derivatives lawyer for their London legal team on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will be working as part of an international team advising on all legal matters relating to physical and financial gas, power, and other commodities related products and issues including ISDA, EFET, GTMA, SCoTA as well as Cross-commodity Master Netting and Collateral Agreements.
This requirement is for a UK qualified lawyer (4-8 PQE) with experience gained in a top law firm, bank or within the energy industry.
