My client is a global bank looking to hire a lawyer on a contract basis.
A successful candidate will have experience in bank structural reform, retail investment services or wealth management. Experience of redesigning or delivering new or altered products and services as a result of regulatory and/o or business change would be particularly valuable.
Regulatory knowledge of the UK and EU laws on Investment products and services, with wider knowledge of collective investment schemes, and broader wealth management services such as complex lending are an advantage.
