Corporate Commercial Lawyer (Senior) - Oman

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Commercial Lawyer to join an award winning law firm in Oman. 

We have the pleasure to bring to the market a Senior level position for a commercially minded Corporate Lawyer keen to further their career in a fast paced, rewarding environment. 

Our clients are looking to recruit a Corporate lawyer with a minimum of 7 years experience in general corporate / commercial law. You should be well versed in reviewing and drafting contracts, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures and have a good understanding of structuring and restructuring. Prior knowledge / experience in the Middle East is not a prerequisite but will naturally be considered advantageous. 

The existing team is made up of 7+ lawyers from a variety of jurisdictions and have each brought with them an unprecedented level of prior knowledge. This has meant that they have secured themselves a solid place in the market as being one of the go to teams for both International and domestic clients. 

Due to a recent restructure within the firm, there is now an opening for a Common Law qualified lawyer to join the team. In order to be consider, we ask that you have a minimum of 7 years and a maximum of 12 years post qualification experience and a genuine desire to base yourself in the Middle East for the foreseeable future. In return, you will be rewarded with an attractive progression plan in addition to access some of the regions most high profile clients.
