The legal team in London is expanding and seeks a senior Corporate private equity and M&A lawyer with 5-7 years corporate private equity transactional experience from a top UK/US firm or investment manager.

For an extremely competitive compensation package ,a great bonus scheme, pension, healthcare and other benefits, the role offers a rare in house opportunity for a senior corporate lawyer to join a global transactional team to work closely with the private equity house's Head of corporate transactions on acquisitions, disposals and other corporate projects as well as advise on a range of other legal enquiries and manage external legal counsel.
