A renowned Salisbury based firm is looking for you a newly qualified commercial property solicitor to join the firm in its thriving Real Estate team.
The firm deals with a number of private and public sector organisations and is looking to grow the real estate team due to an increasing number of instructions.
In your role as a newly qualified commercial property solicitor, you will be dealing with a wide variety of real estate matters to include:
- Acquisitions and Disposals
- Landlord and Tenant
- Secured Lending
