A rare opportunity has arisen for a Senior Dispute Resolution Lawyer to join a highly regarded firm based in the Buckinghamshire area on a temporary basis. The role is initially offered on the basis of a 3-6 month assignment, with the possibility of further extension.
A rare opportunity has arisen for a Senior Dispute Resolution Lawyer to join a highly regarded firm based in the Buckinghamshire area on a temporary basis. The role is initially offered on the basis of a 3-6 month assignment, with the possibility of further extension.
As a Senior Litigation Lawyer, you will be managing your own caseload, as well as a team of three lawyers. The main focus of the role is;
- to help prevent disputes arising in relation to claims made under defects liability insurance
- defence of pre-action, court and arbitration proceedings
- Dealing with early stages of negligence claims
The ideal candidate will have experience of contentious construction and insurance work, as well as experience of managing fee earners and reporting up to Board level. Experience of managing external Lawyers would be advantageous.
My client is offering a rate of £300 - £400 per day, and would consider flexible working for the right candidate.
Due to the scale and complexity of the workload in this assignment, I am especially keen to speak to candidates with at least 10-12 years' PQE.
