Civil Litigation Fee Earner

My client is currently diversifying its practice areas within personal injury and is looking to recruit a Civil Litigation Fee Earner to join its brand new team in the Tyne & Wear area. The firm has a progressive and forward thinking approach and a noticable aptitude for following market trends and investing in new business ventures. Their latest investment has generated a brand new department within their Civil Litigation Team.

As a Civil Litigation Fee Earner you will be managing your own existing caseload of pre-litigated and litigated files from instruction through to settlement. You will be dealing with high value claims regarding personal injury and property damage claims.

Candidates must have at least 12 months’ experience dealing with fast track litigation. Some multi track experience would also be useful but is not essential.

Candidates from a civil litigation or any related personal injury claims background will be considered together with experienced Civil Litigation Fee Earners.
