THE FIRM
This regional Legal 500 firm, progressive in approach and recommended in more than twenty practice areas, has a substantial presence across the East Midlands. The corporate team is particularly strong and is now looking to recruit an additional solicitor, legal executive or fee-earning paralegal. This is seen as primarily a support role to the Partners and will involve substantial amounts of networking and marketing. THE ROLE
You will have a good level of experience across all aspects of corporate law, including acquisitions, disposals, succession planning and more. With an excellent academic background, you should be technically adept and ambitious, with the ability to manage what can be a robust and sometimes challenging workload. You will be:-
A solicitor, NQ – 2 years PQE or a similarly experienced legal executive or paralegal;

IT-savvy;
An excellent communicator at all levels, with very good client care skills;
Well-organised, time efficient and able to prioritise tasks effectively.
