Our client, a specialist Legal 500 Commercial law firm with offices in Lancashire and Manchester are seeking to appoint an NQ Commercial Property Solicitor to join their Manchester City Centre office.
This role will involve handling your own varied caseload of Commercial Property matters, covering; Acquisitions & Disposals, Landlord & Tenant, Commercial Leases, Planning and Funding & Lending issues.
The ideal applicant will be an NQ solicitor who has gained Commercial Property experience during their training contract and is seeking a new role with a dynamic and expanding law firm. Additionally you will be ambitious and proactive in dealing with your caseload and will be supported in a friendly and supportive environment.
