Our client is looking for an RTA Litigator to join their personal Injury department in Manchester City Centre. This role involves working for a first-class, defendant law firm with an ambitious yet supportive working culture and an international network. Our client is looking for someone who will deal with a wide range of cases. The position involves plenty of interaction with the rest of the personal injury team, so the ability to communicate effectively is essential for this role.
The department are seeking an RTA Litigator to handle litigated RTA files from initial instruction through to completion. Handling a caseload of litigated RTA files will allow you to strengthen your knowledge of the Personal Injury market and enhance your skill set further. The successful applicant can expect superb opportunities for career progression as the Personal Injury department look to enhance their division and grow.
You will work alongside experienced solicitors and fee earners who can provide extensive support and training within a great working environment. This role will allow you to fully immerse yourself within the successful culture and gain extensive knowledge of the Personal Injury market. The successful applicant will be highly motivated with strong interpersonal skills. You will be dealing with a case load of files in the Manchester office and liaising with clients in a confident and professional manner. Being friendly and communicative is crucial for this role. There is a heavy emphasis on team work and the ability to work under pressure, so organisational skills for the RTA Litigator is paramount.
The successful RTA Litigator will have a good understanding of the litigation process and experience of handling a number of litigated files.
