Family Fee Earner

A Chartered Legal Executive or non qualified fee earner is required to join one of the North's leading family specialists with a formidable reputation in the North East region. Candidates confident managing a varied family caseload including divorce, financial, childcare and high net worth matters from start to completion are encouraged to apply.

Our client really is being recognised for their expertise in handling complex and high value financial claims arising out of divorce. The team are very friendly and supportive but ensure they are hard working and manage their clients needs at all times. They are therefore looking for a strong family fee earner with excellent client care skills to join their award winning firm.

The Role

- You will be required to manage a varied family caseload from start to completion with full autonomy

- Your caseload will also consist of high net worth matters and therefore experience managing these files is essential whilst also advising clients in relation to children issues where there are disputes regarding residence and contact

- In this role you will be supported by a skilled partner who will be at hand as and so required. You will also assist the partner with more complex issues as well as working alongside in-house Counsel

The Candidate

- The ideal candidate will have approximately two years or more hands on fee earning experience and have had exposure to high net worth matters

- It is essential you can hit the ground running from day one. This is a replacement role and therefore our client seeks a family fee earner that can manage and takeover a demanding caseload
