A successful well known firm in York require a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal or Fee Earner to join their close knit team and run your own caseload from start to completion. The Role:

• Joining a LEXCEL accredited Residential Conveyancing department, you will take on high quality work and liaise with high end clientele.
• You will be required to run your own Residential Conveyancing caseload from start to completion.
• This will cover sale and purchase, freehold, leasehold and remortgage.
• Working in a small team, our client can provide you with a friendly, close-knit and sociable environment that work in a traditional manner as opposed to the high volume environment.

The Candidate:

• For this role, it is essential that you have a depth of experience in Residential Conveyancing work and are capable of running your own files from start to completion.
• Joining a small team, excellent communication skills will be a necessity for this role.
• Those with a demonstrable team spirit are encouraged to apply.
