One of Yorkshire's leading law firms requires a skilled Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join them in their Hull office. Due to an influx of high quality work covering a broad spectrum of Residential Conveyancing matters, they are looking for someone who can hit the ground running with their own broad caseload. Our client is a key player on the Yorkshire Legal market and has developed an enviable reputation and a strong client base. Joining a CQS accredited team, they are looking for the right candidate who would help develop the department further and take part in marketing and networking. This role will allow you to take on more responsibility and further your career.
The Role:
-Joining a CQS accredited team, you will take on high quality matters and liaise with top end clientele.
-The department has recently seen an influx of work and so they are looking for a Strong Residential Conveyancer who can hit the ground running with their own caseload under minimum supervision.
-This will cover a broad spectrum of Residential Conveyancing including sales, purchases and remortgage
-The role will be client facing and you will work with estate agents and repeat clients.
-There will also be the opportunity to get involved in marketing and networking.
The Candidate:
-For this role, it is essential that you have a upwards of 18 months experience in Residential Conveyancing and are capable of running your own caseload from start to completion.
-Liaising with high quality clientele, excellent communication skills are a necessity for this role.
