Corporate Associate
Are you looking for heightened responsibility as well as salary? A Corporate opportunity has arisen at an elite US law firm for a Corporate Associate who will be given the opportunity to help manage a team of junior Associates.
You would be joining a US powerhouse in London in a team that is continuously winning clients and landing deals. It has other capabilities but is best known for its transactional practices, namely Corporate.
The firm's Corporate team is one of the most highly regarded in London and is known for working almost exclusively on premium deals. It is a very collegiate and settled team with a very low attrition rate and a real family feel.
As the ideal candidate for this Corporate Associate position, you must:
- Have an excellent academic record
- Be UK qualified with 3-5PQE
- Have experience in high-end, cross border M&A deals, Joint Ventures and Private Equity transactions
- Have experience in managing a team of Associates
The salary for this position is expected to be between £170,000 and £220,000 per annum.
