Planning Lawyer

Planning Lawyer required to join a Local Authority based in London for an initial 3 month period.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic planning lawyer who is able to hit the ground running in this fast-paced position. There are excellent transport links and lots of amenities within walking distance from this office, making it a popular place to work.

The successful candidate will undertake a busy planning role, which will involve advising on and drafting in relation to planning and highways matters. Other duties include;

- Planning and enforcement appeals

- Certificates of lawful development

- Drafting S.106 Agreements

- Planning Inquiries

- Knowledge of CIL schedule

The ideal candidate will have previous local authority experience, although this is not essential, and some training will be provided. The candidate will join a well-regarded team and will benefit from their knowledge and experience.
