Corporate Commercial Lawyer - Hampshire
My client is currently recruiting for a senior solicitor with a highly competent knowledge of Corporate & Commercial matters.
You will be joining an established and growing team and you will assist in the further development and expansion of the department.
The firm are looking for like-minded individuals to join them at an exciting time in the firms history.
You will be working on a range of corporate and commercial matters ranging from joint ventures and shareholders' agreements, to management buy-outs and buy-ins, and business growth strategy, in a wide variety of industry sectors
You should be a confident networker and business developer and candidates with any contacts within the area will have a strong advantage but this is not essential.
