Are you a newly qualified Clinical Negligence Solicitor looking to join a Top 100 firm at its central Leeds office?
I currently have a fantastic opportunity for a NQ Clinical Negligence Solicitor to assist the Partner/Head of Department on high value Clinical Negligence cases and lower value multi track cases.
Ideally, the successful NQ Clinical Negligence Solicitor will have knowledge of costs budgeting procedure, civil procedure rules, technical knowledge of CFA/funding matters, and pre-action disclosure process knowledge. Experience in handling multi track value cases around EL/OL/PL law would be an advantage.
