Intellectual Property (IP) Litigator
Having recently recruited on the non-contentious side, a leading global firm for commercial IP and Tech are looking to recruit a specialist within contentious intellectual Property matters. The team are well known for their exciting workload with it currently being some of the most important, strategic, complex and global IP work going on in the world at the moment.
You will coordinate complex multi-jurisdictional patent litigation for clients who operate in a wide range of industry sectors including; pharmaceuticals, biotechnology and healthcare, financial institutions, technology and sport.
The team currently represent IP owners in disputes covering the full spectrum of IP rights. These range from complex patent actions to all forms of disputes relating to trade marks, passing off, copyright, database rights, design rights and breach of confidence claims.
The ideal candidate;
- Minimum 3 years PQE in a highly regarded IP team
- Excellent client-facing skills
- Outstanding academic background
