Our Client is looking for a junior to mid-level lawyer to join their team.

Description
This role will require the provision of commercial and contractual legal advice to the businesses in the revenue generation, procurement and IT areas, with the ability to lead on negotiations, draft and review contracts.
Key commercial responsibilities will include negotiating, drafting, reviewing contractual documentation, and producing standard form contracts, precedents and guidance on contractual matters. The role holder will also be responsible for identifying risks and opportunities in commercial agreements and pro-actively finding ways to mitigate or remove risks.
The role holder will also advise on legal risk and the processes surrounding dispute resolution and be able to independently conduct negotiations to resolve disputes. There will also be management of disputes that progress to that stage.
Profile
The successful candidate will be likely to have between two and six years of post qualification experience.
They will be likely to be a UK qualified commercial solicitor, who trained at a top 25 ranked law firm, with some post qualification private practice experience. Lawyers who have generalised after going house are also encouraged to apply.
