OUR CLIENT:
Our client is a global player within the Pharmaceutical Industry and are currently looking for a Lead lawyer Poland and Czech, to join them at their offices in Warsaw, Poland.
THE ROLE:
Under direction of the Head Counsel Europe, the lead lawyer will provide legal support to the company and relevant business units for their products within Poland, Croatia, Slovenia, Bulgaria, Albania, Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, and Romania. You will be analyzing legal and commercial risks and advising leaderships teams on how to manage legal risks. You will also draft and negotiate a range of commercial contracts and manage corporate/commercial or other litigation and manage budgets and costs.
The ideal candidate is a Polish qualified lawyer having acquired over 6 years of post qualified experience of corporate/commercial law or health care law gained at a highly regarded law firm and in house experience from the Pharmaceutical/Biotech industry.
