Complaints Handling Lawyer

You will be responsible for conducting investigations and handling complaints from beginning to end, across their entire wealth management business.Your role will involve plenty of variety: including liaising with both internal stakeholders and external clients, drafting clear and concise responses to complaints as well as managing ongoing disputes. There will be a heavy emphasis on client focus within the role, as you will be required to provide the highest level of client service at all time.

We are looking for a qualified lawyer* with strong complaints handling experience who has worked within a similar role within the financial services sector. You must have strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent investigative and analytical skills as well as an impressive academic and employment background.*(We would look at candidate who are not qualified lawyer if you have the requisite skills)
