Our client requires a Paralegal to join their organisation, focusing on residential lettings and management.
You'll be working with a legal team that has regular interactions with Local Authorities and landlords.
Clear and precise communication skills are required as you'll regularly be liaising with local authorities, landlords, clients and solicitors.
You will also need to have a good understanding of landlord and tenant law, so that you're able to hold professional conversations with all stakeholders and solicitors.
To be considered for the role, you'll need to have completed your LPC and have working experience of Section 21 notices (to save time and speed up the process, please ensure the experience is included in your CV). Relevant experience will be advantageous.
