Ranked Tier 1 for their commercial property team in the legal 500, our client is seeking to appoint a commercial property associate to bolster their team.

The commercial property team itself is recognised as one of the leading teams in the West Midlands for their sound, solid and well-researched commercial property advice.

You will join the team at Associate level with a proven track record of dealing with clients from large corporations to sole traders. You will advise on sales and purchase, agricultural matters, development and funding schemes along with lease renewals and estate development.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a firm outside the hustle and bustle of the busy city centre but still maintaining a high quality of work and a high quality client base. The team itself is tight knit where everybody assists one another to ensure a smooth transaction.
