Corporate / Commercial Paralegal

A reputable law firm is looking to expand its Commercial division by appointing a corporate/commercial paralegal to join their team.

You will join this full service law firm working under the supervision of partners to assist on their caseload to include drafting commercial contracts, shareholder agreements along with mergers and acquisitions and some commercial property matters.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a department at an exciting stage of expansion. Ideally you will have at least one year experience in a commercial or corporate environment. You will be driven and ambitious and in return you will be offered real progression prospects along with the ability to quickly develop your skill set and undertake your own caseload.

It would be advantageous to also have some commercial property experience although this is not necessary. The firm will offer real progression in terms of training to the right candidate.
