Our Clinical Negligence team are looking for a Solicitor to join the Birmingham office to assist with running a busy and varied caseload of clinical negligence claims.

This is a great opportunity to join a highly reputable team, ranked in the top tier for Defendant Clinical Negligence in both Chambers and Legal 500.

Type of Clients: NHS Resolution, NHS Trusts & NHS Bodies.

Type of Cases: Claims up to a value of £1,000,000 both pre-litigation and in litigation covering the full range of clinical negligence issues including, surgical, obstetric, orthopaedic and psychiatric.


Experience

Essential:

  • NQ-4 years* defendant clinical negligence experience.

Desirable:

  • Previous experience at an NHS LA Panel Firm.
  • Previous client contact and attendance at business development events.
