An exciting corporate law opportunity has arisen in Moscow, at a leading global law firm, for a senior associate solicitor of ideally at least 5 year PQE.The role will be a good mix of M&A, as well as private equity, across Russia, Eastern Europe, Central Asia and Africa. There will be a good mix of sector exposure. You will be the lead associate on these complex transactions, with considerable client exposure. You will help supervise more junior lawyers, so you should be able to project manage, and be technically strong.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor, ideally at least 5 year PQE, from a common law jurisdiction.
