Projects PSL

A global professional support role to support a truly global practice with a specialism in projects, infrastructure, energy and mining. An experienced lawyer / PSL required with significant experience in major projects deal work.

THE ROLE

Although not a complete greenfield site, this is a relatively new position for the group, so there is a real opportunity to make your mark and develop the role. As is the case with establishing all new PSL functions, there will be an initial focus on standard forms, precedents and their organisation. In addition, there will be the normal PSL duties such as training, current awareness, collaborating in a global KM culture, working closely with business development and answering fee earner queries.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

This is a role for an experienced lawyer with at least 6pqe to include at least three to four years of major projects deal work, such as conventional and green power projects; oil and gas projects; mining acandidates with a strong project or debt finance background will be considered. Candidates with a strong project or debt finance background will be considered. You should have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with different cultures in a global environment.
