Growing practice in Cornwall seeks dynamic Commercial Property Solicitor with a flair for business development!

The Role
An excellent opportunity has arisen within a busy St- Austell-based Commercial Property Department for a technically proficient Solicitor with good general commercial property experience. Managing an existing caseload, the successful Solicitor will provide high quality advice and service to clients on a range of commercial property matters including: sales and purchases; landlord and tenant matters; developments; lease negotiations and; refinancing. Full time secretarial support will also be provided.

In addition, playing an active role in the continued growth and success, of the department and practice as a whole, will also be an important part of this role. The successful Solicitor will therefore, immerse themselves within initiatives, building and strengthening client relationships and contributing to departmental performance. The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE gained within Commercial Property;
