Nottinghamshire legal practice seeks Commercial/Commercial Property Solicitor.
THE FIRM
Our client is one of the leading law firms in north Nottinghamshire and provides a variety of legal services with many of the firm’s fee-earners appearing on specialist panels including the Criminal Litigation Panel. The firm operates on the basis of providing a service that is affordable, devised according to the client’s needs, with transparent processes and an outstanding level of service. Not surprisingly, a considerable number of new instructions come to the firm by way of personal recommendation from satisfied clients. A vacancy has now arisen for a solicitor to join the commercial team based in the Mansfield office.
THE ROLE
The commercial team is instructed in a wide range of matters, and you should have a solid background in commercial matters including experience in commercial property work. You will be advising business landlords in respect of sales and leases, and builders and developers in respect of planning issues and construction. This is a busy, fast-paced environment and you should be confident at running your own caseload, enjoy collaborating with colleagues in other departments and have excellent client-care skills. This is a great opportunity to join a friendly, supportive firm located on the outskirts of this attractive market town, with good road and public transport links. THE CANDIDATE
You will:-
Be a solicitor of at least 3 years’ PQE;
Have a good general commercial background and experience in dealing with commercial property work;
Have excellent client care skills, with the ability to explain complex matters in clear, accessible language;
Be comfortable dealing with individuals from all walks of life.
